MointClair Return Policy

At MointClair, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, we’ve outlined our return policy below to make the process simple and transparent.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • Items marked as “final sale” in eight specific collections cannot be returned. Contact us for details on these collections.

To initiate a return, email us at contact@mointclair.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@mointclair.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or discounted items.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. The item must meet the same return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Timeline:

  • Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@mointclair.com for assistance.
