1. Production and Processing Time

1.1 Production Time:
Our items are made to order to uphold our commitment to artisanal craftsmanship. Production takes approximately 10 business days from the time your order is placed.

1.2 Processing Time:
Once production is complete, your order will be carefully inspected, packed, and prepared for shipping. This process typically takes an additional 2 business days.

Total Time to Ship: Please allow 12 business days (production + processing) before your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

2.1 Shipping Options:
We offer a range of shipping methods through trusted international carriers. Options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times After Shipment:

  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • North America: 7-10 business days
  • Other regions: 10-15 business days

Total Estimated Time (Production + Shipping):

  • Europe: 15-19 business days
  • North America: 17-22 business days
  • Other regions: 20-25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processes or unforeseen carrier delays.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. MointClair is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7.1 If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@mointclair.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7.2 Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted regions. If your location falls under these categories, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
